Exciting things are happening at Exceleration! We’re introducing fresh new classes to help athletes of all ages grow stronger and more confident. Join us for Acro, Ninja, Cheer Prep, or “Jump, Flex, Fly!”

Little Ninjas
Fall Schedule times: Wednesday | 3:45–4:45
Recommended Ages: 5–8
Experience Level: Beginning
Get ready to flip, roll, and climb your way to ninja greatness! Our Little Ninjas class is the perfect blend of high-energy fun and skill-building movement, designed just for your little warrior.
Each week, kids will tackle exciting ninja obstacle courses, bounce and roll on the Tumbl Trak trampoline, and learn the basics of tumbling in a safe, supportive environment. From balancing to jumping, our Little Ninjas will build strength, coordination, and confidence—all while having an absolute blast! No experience needed—just a sense of adventure!

Mini Cheer Prep & Cheer Prep
Fall Schedule times: Monday | 5:55–6:55
Recommended Ages: 5–9; 10+
Experience Level: Beginning
Our Mini Cheer Prep & Cheer Prep classes are the ultimate starting point for athletes who want to dive into the world of cheerleading—without the pressure of competition. Perfect for beginners or those gearing up for future tryouts, this 1-hour weekly class is packed with energy, fun, and skill development. Whether your child is brand new to cheer or working toward the next level, Cheer Prep is the perfect mix of structure, skill-building, and spirited fun! *Tumbling time is limited in this class, so we recommend pairing it with a dedicated tumbling class for athletes who want to progress faster in that area.
Each class includes:
• 15 minutes of stretching & flexibility – Build strength, prevent injury, and prep the body for cheer-specific movement
• 15 minutes of motion & dance – Learn sharp, clean motions that evolve into cheer-style dance routines
• 15 minutes of beginner stunting – Practice safe, age-appropriate stunting such as thigh stands, libs below prep level, partner toe-touches, teddy bear, etc.
• 10 minutes of tumbling – Focus on refining the basics and enhancing current tumbling skills
• 5 minutes of strength & conditioning – Boost endurance, power, and overall athleticism to support stunting and tumbling

Cheer Prep

Acro for Dancers
Fall Schedule times: Monday | 3:45–4:45
Recommended Ages: Any
Required prerequisites: A cartwheel with good form and Bridge from Standing Position
Take your dance to the next level with flips, tricks, and wow-factor skills that light up the stage! This once-a-week, 1-hour class is designed exclusively for dancers wanting to master tumbling techniques that complement choreography and add dynamic movement to their routines.
Dancers will work on everything from front walkovers and side/front aerials to standing and round-off back handspring step-outs, illusions, and more. The focus is on clean technique, graceful transitions, and building the strength and flexibility needed for powerful acro skills.

Jump, Flex & Fly!
Fall Schedule times: Wednesday | 5:55–6:55
Recommended Ages: 5+
Experience Level: Beginning–Advanced
Take your skills to new heights in this dynamic, one-hour weekly class built for athletes who want to move, fly, and stand out on the mat! Whether you’re a flyer or just want to train like one, this class focuses on flexibility, strength, and technique.
We’ll work on deep stretching for improved flexibility, power-packed jump drills for higher, sharper jumps, and flyer training using flyer trainers to master body positions, switch-ups, and more.
You don’t have to be a flyer—this class is for everyone! Whether you’re new to cheer or a seasoned athlete, it’s the perfect way to elevate your performance, build confidence, and take your skills to the next level.
