Pre-School Tumbling (Ages 3-5)

​​45 minute Introductory class that focuses on strength, flexibility, and tumbling basics such as: cartwheels, handstands, forward/backward rolls, etc.

Pre-School Gymnastics (Ages 3-5)

​​45 minute Introductory class that focuses on strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance. This class introduces the bar and beam, as well as tumbling basics.

Mom & Tot Gym (Ages walking to 2 Yrs)

​​45 minute Introductory class that focuses on strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance. This class introduces the bar and beam, as well as tumbling basics. Child must be accompanied to each class by a parent or guardian.
